Hampshire Police are appealing for witnesses and information following a robbery in Fair Oak.
At 8.45pm yesterday (Saturday 12 April) a man entered Welcome Stores on Fair Oak Road and threatened staff with a lump of concrete.
He stole approximately £300 from the till and then left.
Two members of the public tried to intervene and chased the suspect.
The man was described as white, about 5ft 8in tall, slim build, wearing dark jogging bottoms and a bright blue raincoat with the hood up.
They would like to speak to anyone who can identify this man, or the two members of the public who tried to help.
